QParents
This online portal provides a safe opportunity to register student absences, view report cards and pay invoices. Register now using the unique invitation code sent from us. If you have misplaced the email, please just contact the office to resend it.

Written reports
Written student reports are issued at the end of Terms 2 and 4, with the opportunity for the parent or teacher to request an interview to discuss your child's progress or behaviour. These are released on QParents first and then later emailed.
Forwarding messages to students
Considerable disruption to the learning of all students occurs when a lesson is interrupted and the teacher is required to answer the phone to pass on messages to a student. Because of this, we ask parents to contact the office to communicate messages regarding emergencies or changes to plans which may have occurred since the beginning of the school day.
Class Dojo
Classes use the app class dojo to give parents an insight into the activities of the school day. They can also be used to communicate with, but remind parents our preferred method of communication is through the school office or via email admin@glenoregovess.eq.edu.au
Parent/Teacher inter
views
Parent/Teacher interviews are offered in Term 1 & 3.
Interviews are scheduled online using schoolinterviews.com.au External link.

Weekly Assembly
Each Monday at 9:00am, our whole school gathers in the Glenore Grove Hall for assembly. Led by our student leaders, this is a special time where we connect as a community, celebrate achievements and set a positive tone for the week.
During assembly, we:
Present achievement awards recognising academic effort, personal growth, and character strengths
Share important school messages and updates
Reinforce our school values and weekly focus character strengths
Families are warmly invited to attend. If your child is receiving an award, you’ll receive a notification via the Class Dojo app the week before, so you can join us to celebrate.
Can’t make it in person? Our assemblies are also live streamed via our school Facebook page, so no one misses out on these special moments.
