Assemblies are held
each Monday at 8:45am in the Administration Building. These are a celebration of the achievements
of the previous week. School Captains conduct the assembly. School new is shared and awards are
given. Parents are welcome to attend
these assemblies and award recipients’ families will be notified that they are
receiving an award the Friday before via SMS.
At the end of each semester we hold a special Assembly to recognise the
achievements of our students.
The school houses the
Scout den that holds regular meetings for children.
Camps and excursions
Students will have opportunities to
participate in a range of curricular and extra-curricular class excursions and
camps, representing the school in various activities during their time at

attending excursions are required to wear full school uniform unless otherwise
indicated on excursions permission forms.
The school will plan camps for students with the support of the
P&C. Students from Year 4 to 6 may
be eligible to attend these camps.
Students with inappropriate behaviours at school may be excluded from
attending any camps or excursions.
Students must be up to date with payment of
all school fees and display appropriate school expectations to be eligible to
attend excursions or camps. Parents
experiencing financial difficulties are encouraged to contact the Principal to
negotiate an alternative payment plan to ensure students are able to
Gardening Club & Sustainable Garden
Students work with staff in our school
grounds and vegie garden to produce edible items. They also build items to promote
environmentally friendly practices.
